There is nothing I love more than seeing a client’s face light up in the mirror after each appointment. For the past 8 years, Allen Tx has been my professional home. I’ve had the privilege of meeting many amazing members of the community and built my clientele by word of mouth. Whether you are looking for a dramatic color correction, a specialized curly cut, or those perfect lived-in blondes, I bring a Master Stylist’s eye to every appointment. Cancellation Policy
Brittney values your time and strives to provide exceptional service. To ensure fairness and accommodate all clients, the following cancellation policy is in place:
1. CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULES
• Require at least 24 hours
notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice may incur a 25% service fee.
2. NO SHOW APPTS
• Clients who do not show up for their appointment WITHOUT prior notice could be charged 100% of the service cost (at the owners discretion it could be reduced).
3. LATE ARRIVAL
• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust your service or reschedule. In such cases, a cancellation fee may apply.
4. EMERGENCY SITUATIONS
• We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to work with you.
5. BOOKING DEPOSITS
• For services requiring significant time or resources (e.g., color, curly hair treatments, corrections, etc) a non-refundable deposit may be required when booking. This deposit will go toward your total service cost and is forfeited if you cancel within 48 hours.
